Permission and acceptable use
Only upload a photo you are authorized to use and create a depiction you have permission to make. Follow the safety guidelines and the rules of the platform where you share the result.
Do not use the tool for illegal content, sexual exploitation, deceptive impersonation, harassment, non-consensual intimate material or infringement. Photo subjects are not restricted to adults; obtain appropriate permission for a minor’s likeness.
AI results and availability
V1 generates one 10-second vertical video from one person or pet photo. Likeness, movement, scene details, timing and anatomy can vary. Concept artwork is illustrative and is not a promise of a specific output.
Generation, authentication and checkout depend on properly configured third-party services. Availability can change. Do not treat a generated video as evidence of a real event.
Credits and delivery
Credits are sold in one-time packs, without subscriptions or automatic renewal. The selected quality determines the credit cost shown before generation. Purchased credits do not expire.
Credits are reserved when a job starts and settle only after the video is stored. Confirmed failures release reserved credits. Uncertain submissions require reconciliation; they are not automatically resubmitted or refunded.
Retention, accounts and requests
Download completed videos within 7 days. Source photos are temporary and scheduled for deletion within 24 hours. Local drafts remain in the browser until cleared.
Keep your sign-in methods secure. Contact support for account, payment or rights concerns. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
