Permission comes first
Get the permission needed to use the photo and feature its subject. For a person, obtain permission to depict their likeness; for a pet, get the owner’s authorization. For a minor, obtain appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian. The service does not impose an adult-only rule on photo subjects.
Solo is designed for one person's portrait; Pet is designed for one dog or cat photo. Do not upload a group image or someone else’s photo as a way to misrepresent who authorized the result.
Prohibited uses
Do not create illegal content, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation, targeted harassment or content that infringes someone’s rights. Never use AI output to falsely establish that a person did something in real life.
Responsible sharing
Review the finished video for unwanted or misleading details. Keep the joke clearly fictional and use the platform’s AI disclosure tools where required.
