This policy describes how Fridge POV AI handles the information needed to create and deliver your video. Contact support@fridgepovai.com with privacy questions.
Information used to run the service
We process account information, your uploaded person or pet photo, generated video, generation status, credit ledger and payment references. Payment authorization is handled by PayPal; the app does not ask you to enter card details directly.
Your photo is provided to the selected video generation service so it can produce the requested result. Files are stored in private object storage and made available through limited access links or authenticated routes.
Retention and deletion
Source photos are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours, including photos from failed or partially uploaded jobs. Completed videos are retained for 7 days. Download your video before it expires.
Operational, account, payment and credit records may be retained where needed for service integrity, accounting, dispute handling and applicable obligations. You can request deletion of account information by email.
These retention periods apply to files in our service’s storage. Video generation and payment providers also process information under their own terms.
Browser storage and optional analytics
Your browser can save the selected photo and options as a local draft so they survive sign-in or navigation. Remove the photo in the generator to clear that draft. Browser drafts are separate from server-side generations.
Authentication uses necessary session cookies. If optional analytics is configured, it is controlled by the analytics consent choice.
Your choices
You can delete videos in My Videos, clear the browser draft and contact us to request access to or deletion of account data. We may need to verify that a request comes from the account owner.
Do not upload images without permission. AI output should be reviewed before sharing, and public posting is your own choice rather than an automatic action by the generator.
