Video or payment support
Include the job ID or order ID and a short description of what happened. A screenshot of an error message can help. Never send passwords, full card details, API keys or private sign-in links.
If a generation’s status is uncertain, check My Videos before submitting another request. We review the original job and its credit reservation.
Privacy, rights or safety concerns
Use the same email address for deletion requests and reports about unauthorized likeness use or prohibited content. Include the relevant account email or job ID so we can locate the issue.
For a copyright report, explain the work or likeness involved, the location of the material and how you are authorized to make the report.
